Born and raised in Hamburg - a woman who has always loved to dive into unknown territories, I became deeply passionate about human-to-human connections, leadership and how we can make this world a much more conscious place.

After my high-school, I decided to travel the world for 1.5 years which ultimately led me to studying International Business (in English) with a focus on Design Thinking. After my studies, I joined the global team of one of the biggest social entrepreneur networks, named Impact Hub. There I led the growth for 5+ years. During this time, coched 50+ teams from over 40+ countries in themes such as team dynamics, conflict resolution, nonviolent communication, team structure and organizational development.

After my degrees in Authentic Leadership, Conscious Communication and Coaching, I decided to become a solo entrepreneur and ever since have supported 20+ organizations, such as WWF, Visable, APOprojekt, Sopra Steria, Bayer, REWE, Egon Zehnder.
Change is in the air.
After six years of running my own business, it's just time for a new website.
